We supply, install, service and repair commercial laundry equipment, and provide the genuine parts and consumables to keep it running — for businesses of all sizes.
Do you cover my make of machine?
We work with most major commercial washer and dryer brands. Tell us the make and model and we'll confirm.
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
We prioritise breakdowns to keep downtime to a minimum. Response times depend on location and workload — contact us for an honest timescale.
Can I buy parts without a repair visit?
Not from an online store just yet — our parts store is launching soon. In the meantime, tell us the machine make, model and the part you need, and we'll source it, quote it and dispatch it UK-wide — or fit it for you.
Do you sell new and refurbished equipment?
Both. We supply new machines specified to your workload, and quality-checked refurbished options when budget is a priority.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
We're based in Louth, Lincolnshire, supplying parts and equipment UK-wide with on-site service across the entire UK.
What warranty do your machines come with?
New Domus machines come with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. Refurbished (B-stock) machines come with 12 months' parts. Exact terms are confirmed on your quotation.
