Domus CF-2650 TOUCH II Flatwork Ironer

The Domus CF-2650 TOUCH II is a flatwork ironer with 2600 mm usable working width and a 500 mm-diameter roller. Its source gives 84 kg/h theoretical output for the standard electric arrangement, 59 kg/h with a front folder and 55 kg/h with front/rear folding. Radiant gas references are 100, 70 and 65 kg/h respectively. These are manufacturer reference figures: linen size, incoming moisture, temperature, heating configuration and folding arrangement affect the actual result.

Control and finishing options

Touch II uses a programmable 7-inch multilingual screen with USB, five preset programmes and additional user programmes. Nomex ironing belts, an inverter-driven roller and skinplate panels are listed. Standard speed is 0.5–8 m/min; folder configurations use 2–8 m/min. OPTIMAL FEEDING and EFFICIENT IRON are options on this 500 mm range; agree the ordered equipment. Nickel plating (except steam models), three-zone LED assistance, rear exit, integrated front/front-rear folders and an external cross folder are optional. A standard CF machine should not be assumed to include every folding accessory.

Heating and site services

Electric heating is 40.5 kW with 41.41 kW connected electrical power. Gas heating is 55 kW with 0.91 kW electrical power. Steam heating is 64 kW, with 67 kg/h quoted consumption and 0.91 kW electrical power. The 400V 3N electric reference uses 80 A protection. The table lists a 1in gas inlet, 3/4in steam inlet and 1/2in condensate connection. Confirm the supplied heating arrangement and connection drawing; generic drawing labels do not establish every model’s gas fitting. The table specifies two 153 mm exhausts and 1200 m³/h airflow, while the connection legend gives 152 mm. Agree the actual exhaust interface and make-up air.

Access and installation

The standard cabinet measures 3710 × 1175 × 1780 mm (width × depth × height), with 1380 kg base net weight. Rear-exit depth is 1507 mm and accessory weights and power differ. The feature description gives 1120 mm feeding height while the technical table gives 1170 mm, so confirm working height against the supplied drawing. Bring the flatwork sizes, target finish, peak workload, utilities, feeding space and access route to ILS so the ironer and any folding equipment can be planned together.
