Domus CF-3365 TOUCH II Flatwork Ironer

The Domus CF-3365 TOUCH II is a flatwork ironer with 3300 mm usable working width and a 650 mm-diameter roller. Its source gives 160 kg/h theoretical output for the standard electric arrangement, 112 kg/h with a front folder and 104 kg/h with front/rear folding. Radiant gas references are 184, 129 and 120 kg/h respectively. These are manufacturer reference figures: linen size, incoming moisture, temperature, heating configuration and folding arrangement affect the actual result.

Control and finishing options

Touch II uses a programmable 7-inch multilingual screen with USB, five preset programmes and additional user programmes. Nomex ironing belts, an inverter-driven roller and skinplate panels are listed. Standard speed is 0.5–15 m/min; folder configurations use 2–10 m/min. The source lists OPTIMAL FEEDING on this 650 mm range. Nickel plating (except steam models), three-zone LED assistance, rear exit, integrated front/front-rear folders and an external cross folder are optional. A standard CF machine should not be assumed to include every folding accessory.

Heating and site services

Electric heating is 72 kW with 73.11 kW connected electrical power. Gas heating is 78 kW with 1.11 kW electrical power. Steam heating is 97 kW, with 102 kg/h quoted consumption and 1.11 kW electrical power. The 400V 3N electric reference uses 125 A protection. The table lists a 1/2in gas inlet, 3/4in steam inlet and 1/2in condensate connection. Confirm the supplied heating arrangement and connection drawing; generic drawing labels do not establish every model’s gas fitting. The table specifies two 153 mm exhausts and 1200 m³/h airflow, while the connection legend gives 152 mm. Agree the actual exhaust interface and make-up air.

Access and installation

The standard cabinet measures 4410 × 1175 × 1780 mm (width × depth × height), with 1965 kg base net weight. Rear-exit depth is 1480 mm and accessory weights and power differ. The feature description gives 1120 mm feeding height while the technical table gives 1170 mm, so confirm working height against the supplied drawing. Bring the flatwork sizes, target finish, peak workload, utilities, feeding space and access route to ILS so the ironer and any folding equipment can be planned together.
