Domus CM-1632 M Flatwork Ironer (Dryer-Ironer)

The Domus CM-1632 M is a front-feed, front-return flatwork dryer-ironer with a 325 mm roller and 1600 mm usable working width. Its exact sheet quotes 30 kg/h theoretical electric output and 32 kg/h for atmospheric gas, at 45% incoming moisture. Actual throughput depends on linen, extraction, feeding and finish requirements. The sheet does not establish an integrated length folder.

Control and construction

Electronic control displays speed and temperature, with manual operation and an automatic mode that manages ironing speed against the selected temperature. The table lists two programmes and 1.5–10 m/min working speed. The source lists inverter-driven roller action, Nomex feeding/ironing belts, skinplate and stainless steel panels, front return and a cool-down system. EFFICIENT IRON humidity control and nickel plating are listed options; confirm the ordered roller and control package. The ECO-ENERGY designation does not itself establish a saving for your site.

Heating and airflow

Electric heating is 16.2 kW and total electrical power is 16.57 kW. The 400V 3N electric reference uses 25 A protection. The atmospheric gas reference has 22.5 kW heating, 0.37 kW electrical power and a 1/2in gas inlet; its 230V single-phase electrical reference uses 6 A protection. The exhaust arrangement is one outlet of 98 mm, with 500 m³/h quoted airflow. Confirm the heating version, electrical supply, exhaust route and make-up air.

Access and installation

Net dimensions are 2202 × 686 × 1112 mm (width × depth × height), with 385 kg net weight. Feeding height is 990 mm. Both sides provide maintenance access; allow for safe feeding, linen collection and servicing, rather than only the cabinet footprint.
