Domus SPE600-2-2600 Drying Ironer With Folder And Stacker

The Domus SPE600-2-2600 has 2600 mm working width and a 600 mm roller. It dries, irons and folds both lengthwise and across. Lateral stacking is explicitly optional: the listing’s stacker wording describes an available configured system, rather than a stacker included with every base SPE. The table lists one/two lengthfolds, up to three crossfolds in one lane or two in two lanes; four-lane lengthfolding is an option. The electric/steam reference output is 75–105 kg/h; radiant-gas references are 90–126 kg/h. These theoretical figures use 50% residual moisture, 140 g/m² cotton and full roller utilisation. The exact heating, fold arrangement, textiles and feeding determine the installed result.

Control, lanes and options

The source describes a programmable 7-inch touchscreen; the exact table lists 20 programmes, 3–12 m/min speed and 1050 mm feeding height. Automatic ironing-speed control, automatic roller cooling and fume extraction with automatic fan cleaning are described, with 165°C maximum temperature. Vacuum feeding belts and the one-lane clamp feeder are optional, and the feeder requires the vacuum-belt option. Compact blade or roll-off stackers, rotating control arm, bypass, rear/side tables and small-piece collectors are options. Agree the selected lane and accessory package. Heating and electrical version

Electric heating is 54 kW with 57.1 kW quoted total electrical power. Gas versions list LPG 67.4 kW or natural-gas 63.3 kW heating, with 3.1 kW electrical power. Steam heating is 55 kW with 95 kg/h reference consumption (12 bar maximum) and 3.1 kW electrical power. The default source voltage is 400V 3N 50Hz, with alternatives optional. The source’s consumption-current row is not a circuit-protection specification.

Air, access and installation

The connection table gives 1in gas, 1in steam, 1/2in condensate and a 12 mm compressed-air inlet. Air use is 15,000 Nl/h at 6.5 bar; two 120 mm exhausts have 2 × 630 m³/h reference extraction. Net cabinet dimensions are 3740 × 2210 × 2040 mm (width × depth × height), with 2686 kg quoted net weight. Optional tables, feeders and stackers change the footprint and service needs. Confirm lifting weight, packaged dimensions, access, maintenance clearances and the final layout against the supplied installation drawing. Bring the largest flatwork, peak workload and desired fold/stack to ILS. The technical drawings include range and accessory layouts whose overall dimensions differ from the model’s net-dimension table; use the approved order-specific drawing for layout design.
