Overview
The Domus CLEAN and MOVE BOX is a compact self-service laundry module. The exact reference package combines an 18 kg hot-water washer (1.2 kW electrical), a 10 kg hot-water washer (0.75 kW electrical), an 18 kg electric dryer (12 kW heating) and an 80-litre electric hot-water boiler. The manufacturer quotes 17 kW installed power for that arrangement. Confirm the supplied machines and electrical design as a complete system.
Controls and payment package
The sheet describes TOUCH II controls with programmable colour touchscreens and DOMUSCONNECT remote management. A 12-inch contactless Laundry Kiosk is optional. Confirm the actual machine control screen, remote-service licence and payment package: the feature page describes standard connectivity while also listing an IoT licence as an option. The module’s promotional photos show example configurations rather than every option included as standard.
Structure and services
The structure uses galvanised steel with skinplate cladding and machine access through side, front and rear panels. The sheet describes a bottom connection point for Ethernet, electricity, water and drainage, with a separate dryer air outlet. A security shutter, lighting, solar panels, winter pack, domotics and maritime packing are listed options. The listed 230V three-phase 60Hz arrangement is an option, rather than evidence of the standard UK supply.
Transport and site planning
The reference describes a compact 5–6 m² module, forklift handling from below and four crane lifting points. Its dimensioned drawing includes a base layout labelled 2990 mm wide by 2100 mm deep, alongside layouts with optional solar and payment equipment. It does not state lifting weight; confirm the supplied assembly drawings and lifting load before arranging foundations, transport or lifting. Agree dryer exhaust, utilities, access, anchoring and selected weather-related options for the site. Bring the location, proposed operating hours, service demand and installation constraints to ILS to develop the complete package.
