Overview
The Domus Laundry Kiosk 12 is a wall-mounted central payment terminal with a 12-inch touchscreen and contactless reader. It supports card, mobile and compatible NFC-device payments through the configured payment service. Customers choose language, service, machine and programme, make payment and start the chosen machine. Confirm the available languages, payment setup and supported equipment for the actual laundry.
Connectivity and ticket options
The exact source lists Ethernet connectivity, DOMUSCONNECT and DOMUS LAUNDRY App integration, digital tickets and customisable sticker graphics. This 12-inch version has no integrated paper-ticket printer. Confirm account setup, connectivity, payment-provider requirements and any ongoing service terms before ordering; the equipment sheet does not define those terms.
Machine and network integration
An external pulse-signal card is optional. The exact source limits pulse communication to eight devices per kiosk; Ethernet communication is described without that device limit. This does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party machine. Agree the exact pulse/network hardware, machine interfaces, cable routes, internet access and electrical connection with the installer. The sheet shows electrical connections but does not give a supply-voltage or power rating, so those need the installation manual.
Mounting and maintenance
Net dimensions are 254 × 134.3 × 536.1 mm (width × depth × height), with 5 kg net weight. The recommended lower-edge mounting height is 1020 mm from ground level. Leave 250 mm on the left for the kiosk door and component maintenance; rear-room access is also described. Bring the machine list, site layout and preferred payment method to ILS to plan the kiosk and service arrangement.
