Domus DHB-70 77.7kg Barrier Washer

The Domus DHB-70 TOUCH II is a pass-through barrier washer with a 694-litre drum. Rated dry-load capacities are 77.7 kg at a 1:9 fill ratio and 70 kg at 1:10. The source lists a two-compartment drum and opposed loading and unloading doors. This is distinct from the single-compartment standard specification of the DHB-35 and DHB-50.

What this specification establishes

Double screens and the motor brake are standard, while double drainage and automatic drum positioning are optional. The drawing lists two drum openings within the large vat opening; handling and separation need to be planned for the complete process. The specified G-factor is 375.

Options and installation

The drum and vat are AISI 304 stainless steel; the grey skinplate cabinet has a stainless steel top. The soapbox arrangement changes the width. Confirm the exact configuration, utilities and service access with ILS. The electric version totals 52.5 kW electrical power; the steam version uses 7.5 kW electrical power in addition to its heat source.
