Domus DLM-28 30.6kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DLM-28 is an ESSENTIAL single-drum commercial dryer with M electronic push-button control. Its 550-litre drum is rated at 30.6 kg for a 1:18 fill ratio or 27.5 kg for 1:20. The drum is 947 mm in diameter and 780 mm long. Its 802 mm loading opening starts 578 mm above the floor, with a 1054 mm-deep cabinet. Dry-load ratings and published test outputs need to be considered alongside textile mix, incoming moisture and available working time.

ESSENTIAL construction and M control

The exact ESSENTIAL specification states a galvanised steel drum and white painted panels. Reversing drum action and a frequency inverter are standard. M push buttons control temperature and time, with cool-down at the end of the cycle. The M-programmer display, opposite door opening, rear air-filter panel and external service console are options to confirm in the order. Avoid assuming the stainless steel drum or touchscreen of another Domus range.

Heating and site services

The electric version lists 30 kW heating and 31.15 kW installed electrical power. Gas heating is 41 kW with 1.15 kW electrical power and a 1/2in gas inlet. The cited 400V 3N electric circuit uses 63 A protection. Nominal airflow is 1200 m³/h through a 200 mm exhaust. This exact source describes electric or gas heating; it does not establish a steam version. Check the actual heating, electrical supply, extraction and make-up air for the site.

Access and application

Net dimensions are 985 × 1054 × 1975 mm (width × depth × height), with 230 kg net weight and a 802 mm loading opening. Confirm door clearance, lint-filter access, servicing space and delivery route from the final model drawing. The source describes OPL-to-coin-laundry conversion, but payment hardware must be agreed for the supplied version.
