Domus DTT-45 50kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DTT-45 is a DYNAMIC single-drum commercial dryer. The exact sheet rates its 900-litre drum at 50 kg for a 1:18 fill ratio or 45 kg for 1:20. These are dry-load ratings, not a guaranteed hourly output. The 900-litre drum is 1225 mm in diameter and 760 mm long. Geared motor drive is listed for DTT-45/60/80. Frontal tilting and manual/automatic sliding doors are optional configurations.

Controls and textile handling

Touch II uses a programmable 7-inch screen with USB, 37 languages and display-video capability. The source lists reversing drum action, a stainless steel drum and frequency inverter as standard, with mixed axial-radial DOUBLE FLOW airflow and a drawer lint filter. EFFICIENT DRY humidity sensing is an option on this standard DTT model. Confirm the control, sensor and connectivity arrangements included in your order.

Heating and site services

The electric table gives 54 kW heating and 55.9 kW installed electrical power. The gas version gives 60 kW gas heating with 1.9 kW electrical power; the standard steam heating table gives 91 kW. The electrical installation depends on the selected heating and supply version. The cited 400V 3N electric arrangement uses 100 A protection. The gas table specifies a 3/4in inlet while the generic drawing legend says 1/2in; resolve this exact connection before installation. Nominal airflow is 3000 m³/h through a 300 mm exhaust. Exhaust design and make-up air need a site check.

Access and workload

The net dimensions are 1270 × 1106 × 2380 mm (width × depth × height), with 395 kg net weight and a 802 mm loading opening. The packing-height figure is separately marked without heating equipment; do not use it as the installed cabinet height. Allow for door opening, lint-filter withdrawal and service access.
