Domus DTT2-18 XP 18.3kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DTT2-18 XP is a two-pocket DYNAMIC stack dryer. Capacity is 18.3 kg per pocket at 1:18 or 16.5 kg per pocket at 1:20; these figures are not the combined column capacity. Each 330-litre drum is 746 mm long and the column is 1271 mm deep. The standard electric load is 37.34 kW for the whole column. Its net-height table states 1994 mm while drawing dimension A states 1980 mm; confirm the final installed height. Workload planning must account for the two individual loading and drying positions.

Controls and specified options

Each pocket uses programmable Touch II control with a 7-inch screen, USB and 37 languages. The source lists reversing drum action, stainless drum and frequency inverter as standard. EFFICIENT DRY humidity sensing, double door glass and SFEX stack fire extinguishing are options ordered per column. The standard stack lint mesh is 0.6 mm; a 0.3 mm mesh is optional. Heating and ventilation

The electric configuration lists 18 kW heating per pocket and 37.34 kW installed electrical power for the column. Its cited 400V 3N electric circuit requires 63 A protection. Gas heating is 20.5 kW per pocket with 1.34 kW installed electrical power for the complete column. The gas inlet is 3/4in. Airflow is 500 m³/h per pocket and the exhaust diameter is 200 mm. Confirm the selected gas and electrical supplies, exhaust and make-up air with the site.

Plan both loading positions

Net dimensions are 785 × 1271 × 1994 mm (width × depth × height), with 314 kg net weight and 574 mm door openings. The source gives lower/upper loading-opening base heights of 189/1164 mm; the table/drawing cabinet-height discrepancy above needs confirmation. Published hourly figures use a full 1:20 towel load at 90°C and must not be treated as a universal site throughput.
