Domus DHS-22 25kg Commercial Washer

The Domus DHS-22 TOUCH II is a soft-mounted commercial high-spin washer with a 220-litre drum. Its dry-load ratings are 25 kg at a 1:9 fill ratio and 22 kg at 1:10. Use the rating appropriate to the textile mix and chosen process.

What this specification establishes

The programmable TOUCH II control has a 7-inch touchscreen. Eight dosing signals are standard and six more are optional. The drum and vat are AISI 304 stainless steel; the standard cabinet is grey skinplate. The 220-litre drum is deeper than the DHS-18 drum. This exact model has a G-factor of 450, rather than the 500 figure printed for smaller DHS models. Both figures describe extraction force, not a predicted energy saving.

Options and installation

Maximum electrical power is 12.75 kW for the electric version or 2.2 kW for steam/hot-water configurations. The second drain and automatic weighing system are options. Manual load-weight input does not mean automatic weighing is fitted.
