Domus DLM2-11 XP 11.7kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DLM2-11 XP is an ESSENTIAL two-pocket stack dryer with M electronic push-button control. Its capacity is 11.7 kg per pocket at 1:18 or 10.5 kg per pocket at 1:20, rather than one combined-column load. Each drum is 750 mm in diameter and 475 mm long. The exact source lists 12 kW electric heating per pocket but 31.34 kW total installed electrical power, an apparent inconsistency that requires the final electrical specification. Bring the workload and timing for both loading positions into the equipment brief.

Construction and M control

The exact stack source specifies stainless steel drums, white panels, reversing drum action and frequency inverters. M control adjusts temperature and time, with cool-down after the drying cycle. Two M-programmer screens and an external service console are options. CP KIT CENTRAL PAY STACK is optional; confirm the supplied payment equipment. Stack lint mesh is 0.6 mm as standard, with 0.3 mm optional. The stainless drum is an exact stack-model fact and should not be inferred from the single-drum ESSENTIAL range.

Heating and ventilation

The electric table lists 12 kW heating per pocket and 31.34 kW installed electrical power for the column. The stated total and heating values need confirmation together with the table’s 400V 3N / 40 A reference circuit. Gas heating is 20.5 kW per pocket, with 1.34 kW installed electrical power for the column and a 3/4in gas inlet. Nominal airflow is 500 m³/h per pocket through a 200 mm exhaust. Confirm the actual supply, heating version, exhaust and make-up air with the final installation specification.

Net-table dimensions are 785 × 1001 × 1994 mm (width × depth × height), with 284 kg net weight and 574 mm door openings. Lower/upper openings begin 189/1164 mm above the floor. The net-height table gives 1994 mm while drawing A gives 1980 mm; resolve the final height. Hourly test figures use a full 1:20 towel load at 90°C, rather than proving universal throughput.
