Domus DLM2-22 XP 24.3kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DLM2-22 XP is an ESSENTIAL two-pocket stack dryer with M electronic push-button control. Its capacity is 24.3 kg per pocket at 1:18 or 21.9 kg per pocket at 1:20, rather than one combined-column load. This exact model is gas-only, with blank electric-heating values. Each 440-litre drum is 835 mm in diameter and 800 mm long; exact-source net weight is 373.5 kg. Bring the workload and timing for both loading positions into the equipment brief.

Construction and M control

The exact stack source specifies stainless steel drums, white panels, reversing drum action and frequency inverters. M control adjusts temperature and time, with cool-down after the drying cycle. Two M-programmer screens and an external service console are options. The exact DLM2-22 options list does not identify CP KIT CENTRAL PAY STACK, so confirm the actual payment arrangement. Stack lint mesh is 0.6 mm as standard, with 0.3 mm optional. The stainless drum is an exact stack-model fact and should not be inferred from the single-drum ESSENTIAL range.

Heating and ventilation

This source provides gas heating only. Gas heating is 30.4 kW per pocket, with 1.94 kW installed electrical power for the column and a 3/4in gas inlet. Nominal airflow is 900 m³/h per pocket through a 250 mm exhaust. Confirm the actual supply, heating version, exhaust and make-up air with the final installation specification.

Net-table dimensions are 870 × 1312 × 2118 mm (width × depth × height), with 373.5 kg net weight and 575 mm door openings. Lower/upper openings begin 214/1258 mm above the floor. Hourly test figures use a full 1:20 towel load at 90°C, rather than proving universal throughput. Allow for loading reach, door opening, filter maintenance and servicing.
