Domus DTT-18 HPi ECO-ENERGY 18.3kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DTT-18 HPi ECO-ENERGY is a single-drum heat-pump commercial dryer. Its 330-litre drum is rated at 18.3 kg for 1:18 or 16.5 kg for 1:20. The 330-litre drum is 746 mm long. Its 1125 mm overall depth is 85 mm greater than the depth in the HPi DTT-11/14 technical tables. The power table lists 3.82 kW total electric power, distinct from those smaller models. Dry-load capacity is a planning input; textile type, extraction, residual moisture and the required working window still determine the drying requirement.

Controls and textile handling

Touch II uses a programmable 7-inch colour touchscreen, USB and 37 languages. The exact sheet lists a stainless steel drum, reversing action, frequency inverter, EFFICIENT DRY humidity sensing, double door glass and mixed axial-radial airflow. The drawer lint filter has a wide surface; allow room to withdraw and clean it. Confirm the supplied programme setup, connectivity licence, payment arrangement and optional casing or door configuration with ILS.

Heat pump and condensate services

The source states that an exterior exhaust is not required for this heat-pump model. It specifies a moisture-extraction drain hose with 12 mm diameter and 2000 mm length, with longer distances referred to the installation manual. This does not remove the need to assess the room, condensate route and service access. Total electric power is 3.82 kW; the separate table entry labelled heating power is 3.28 kW. Voltage, phase and protective devices must match the exact supplied version.

Plan the exact installation

The technical table gives 785 × 1125 × 1694 mm (width × depth × height) and 307 kg net weight, with a 574 mm loading opening. Bring the room dimensions, access route, drainage arrangement, peak dry textile weight and readiness time to ILS.
