Domus DTT-22 24.4kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DTT-22 is a DYNAMIC single-drum commercial dryer. The exact sheet rates its 440-litre drum at 24.4 kg for a 1:18 fill ratio or 22 kg for 1:20. These are dry-load ratings, not a guaranteed hourly output. The 440-litre drum is 835 mm in diameter and 800 mm long. Standard steam inlet/outlet is 1in; the source does not give a low-pressure steam consumption value for this model.

Controls and textile handling

Touch II uses a programmable 7-inch screen with USB, 37 languages and display-video capability. The source lists reversing drum action, a stainless steel drum and frequency inverter as standard, with mixed axial-radial DOUBLE FLOW airflow and a drawer lint filter. EFFICIENT DRY humidity sensing is an option on this standard DTT model. Confirm the control, sensor and connectivity arrangements included in your order.

Heating and site services

The electric table gives 24 kW heating and 24.97 kW installed electrical power. The gas version gives 31 kW gas heating with 0.97 kW electrical power; the standard steam heating table gives 49.2 kW. The electrical installation depends on the selected heating and supply version. The cited 400V 3N electric arrangement uses 40 A protection. The gas table specifies a 1/2in inlet. Nominal airflow is 1200 m³/h through a 200 mm exhaust. Exhaust design and make-up air need a site check.

Access and workload

The net dimensions are 890 × 1255 × 1812 mm (width × depth × height), with 210 kg net weight and a 574 mm loading opening. Allow for door opening, lint-filter withdrawal and service access.
