Domus DTM-18 18.3kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DTM-18 is a COMFORT single-drum commercial dryer with M electronic push-button control. Its 330-litre drum is rated at 18.3 kg for a 1:18 fill ratio or 16.5 kg for 1:20. These are dry-load capacities, rather than guaranteed hourly throughput. Its 330-litre drum is 746 mm long and the cabinet is 1125 mm deep. A reduced 12 kW electric-heating option is listed separately from standard 18 kW heating.

M electronic control

The M programmer controls temperature and time with push buttons. Reversing drum action, a stainless steel drum and a frequency inverter are standard in the exact sheet. DOUBLE FLOW combines axial and radial airflow; the drawer lint filter uses stainless steel mesh. A display for the M programmer and an external service console are listed options where applicable. Heating and ventilation

Electric heating is 18 kW with 18.67 kW installed electrical power. The gas arrangement gives 20.5 kW heating and 0.67 kW electrical power; standard steam heating is 30 kW. The cited 400V 3N electric circuit uses 32 A protection. The gas inlet is listed as 1/2in. Nominal airflow is 850 m³/h through a 200 mm exhaust. Assess exhaust routing, make-up air and the actual heating and electrical version with the site.

Access and workload

Net dimensions are 785 × 1125 × 1694 mm (width × depth × height), with 187 kg net weight and a 574 mm loading opening. Allow for door travel, filter withdrawal and servicing. Bring textile mix, wash extraction, dry-load demand, working hours and access details to ILS so drying can be considered alongside washing, finishing and handling.
