Domus DTM-45 50kg Commercial Dryer

The Domus DTM-45 is a COMFORT single-drum commercial dryer with M electronic push-button control. Its 900-litre drum is rated at 50 kg for a 1:18 fill ratio or 45 kg for 1:20. These are dry-load capacities, rather than guaranteed hourly throughput. The 900-litre drum is 1225 mm in diameter and 760 mm long. A manual sliding door without double glass is optional. The source gives separate steam and thermal-oil heating arrangements.

M electronic control

The M programmer controls temperature and time with push buttons. Reversing drum action, a stainless steel drum and a frequency inverter are standard in the exact sheet. DOUBLE FLOW combines axial and radial airflow; the drawer lint filter uses stainless steel mesh. An external service console is optional. Confirm the supplied control and maintenance arrangements with ILS.

Heating and ventilation

Electric heating is 54 kW with 55.9 kW installed electrical power. The gas arrangement gives 60 kW heating and 1.9 kW electrical power; standard steam heating is 91 kW. The cited 400V 3N electric circuit uses 100 A protection. The gas table states a 3/4in inlet while the drawing legend says 1/2in, so the final gas connection needs confirmation. Nominal airflow is 3000 m³/h through a 300 mm exhaust. Assess exhaust routing, make-up air and the actual heating and electrical version with the site.

Access and workload

Net dimensions are 1270 × 1106 × 2380 mm (width × depth × height), with 395 kg net weight and a 802 mm loading opening. The separate 2200 mm packing-height figure excludes heating equipment and is not the 2380 mm installed cabinet height. Allow for door travel, filter withdrawal and servicing. Bring textile mix, wash extraction, dry-load demand, working hours and access details to ILS so drying can be considered alongside washing, finishing and handling.
